Summer Beets Bowl roasted beet hummous  chicken or tofu  greens  asparagus  cucumber sumac tahini dressing

Pulled Chicken and Spaghetti Squash Dinner chicken or tofu  spaghetti squash  broccoli  brown rice  chipotle sauce (chipotles  garlic  maple syrup  olive oil  apple juice)
